How do I create an account?

You can register for a DentiShop account here.

Currently, registration is only available for licensed doctors in the U.S., dental labs, and DSOs.

If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to purchase our products, please email dentishop@dentisusa.com for assistance.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the US. For orders outside of the US please contact shop@dentisusa.com

You can track your order by visiting your Account Page and checking the Order History section.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Exchanges are only available for defective products.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email shop@dentisusa.com with your name and order number.
